- Dense, slightly sweet rye bread with cocoa
- First time making this, the bread was very dense, may try to reduce the amount of cocoa next time
- Due to the chocolate flavor, this bread did not go well with savory toppings, better suited for sweet spreads
- My oldest and I enjoyed this bread the most, we ended up freezing the second loaf for later
