  • Puffy pastry that is buttery and delicious.
  • This was the first time making it and it turned out a little eggy. Since you have to introduce eggs to hot batter, it is possible the batter was too hot and the eggs cooked a little. I will try again and make sure the batter is cooler before adding the eggs.
  • It was liked by some of the household, but not all.
