Pretzel Buns

- Soft, chewy, and slightly sweet buns with a golden-brown pretzel crust.
- 3/5 of the family loved them, another 1/5 thought it should be “more pretzel-y”, so still some experimentation needed.
Round 2 (October 2025)
- I made a double batch this time and shrunk the buns down.
- My wife liked the smaller buns better since there was more pretzel crust to bun ratio.
Round 3 (November 2025)
- I made the same smaller buns as last time
- Made to bring to my mom’s place for a family gathering
- These were very well received, everyone enjoyed them
